WGA Theatrical and Television Basic Agreement (“MBA”) or
Public Television Freelance Agreement.
Please remember that according to the Guild’s Working Rule 8, no member shall accept employment with, nor option or sell literary material to, any person or company who is not signatory to the applicable MBA.
